Before Calling Me
Please make some time to have a look over my website so you know that I’m based near Stroud in Gloucestershire and that my minimum session prices is £200 for 2 hours.
To make a booking or to find out more information you can phone me on my mobile between 11am and 7.30pm during the week on 07960 235 442.
Please note I do not accept bookings from calls from Withheld or Unknown numbers or WhatsApp.
If I am unable to take your call I will try to call you back when I am free later that day, or if its after 7.30pm I will try the next day. If I don’t get through I will usually send a text message.
You can also schedule a call by sending a text message or an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Even if you make your initial enquiry by text or email, a phone call is essential before an initial session.
During the initial phone call we will make a provisional booking. Then I will take your email address and send you some information including a questionnaire and how to pay your deposit.
You then have 24 hours to pay your deposit. Receipt of the deposit will confirm your booking and then I will send you my address, parking instructions and directions.
Terms and Conditions
Temple Fire Tantra believes in being transparent in business, and that includes my cancellation policy. In the event of illness a session can be rescheduled without incurring a cancellation charge. If it can’t be rescheduled the terms below apply.
You will normally have paid a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. In rare instances where you have not paid a deposit we have entered into a business agreement that you will pay in cash on arrival.
If you have enrolled on a program you will have paid in advance or in instalments. A cancellation charge is payable on all unpaid sessions in a program in accordance with the terms below.
If you cancel a session or program or reschedule after the deposit, advance payment, or instalment has been paid, or after a verbal business agreement has been made, the following cancellation terms apply. :
~ 1 month or more in advance: 15% of the deposit/advance or agreed
amount is due as an admin fee*.
~ 7 days or more in advance: 30% is due as an admin fee*.
~ 3 to 7 days in advance: 50% is payable as an admin fee*.
~ Within 48 hours: no refunds and the full session fee must be paid.
* I will refund the rest of your deposit within 3 working days.
If I need to cancel the session you will receive your entire deposit back.
By paying the deposit, advance or first instalment for the session(s) you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about this policy please discuss them with me before paying the deposit.
If you pay in advance and then do not provide a session date or communicate with me for 3 months after the payment, you forfeit the right to any refund.
Advance payments do not carry forward to the next financial year unless we are in an active programme or ongoing dates are provided.
